Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 28, 2025

Introduction

Wolf Bookkeeping & Financial Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a division of E.V. Wolf Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, and professional bookkeeping services—including all subscription plans, consultations, and add-on services. By using our website, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Scope of Services

Our services include bookkeeping, payroll, fiduciary recordkeeping, and related administrative support for small businesses, individuals, and estates. Each service plan defines its specific inclusions such as transaction categorization, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and consultation. Our current subscription plans include Small Business Starter, Business Pro, and Business Enterprise; Individual Bookkeeping, Individual Premium Bookkeeping, and Individual Bill Pay & Expense Tracking; Payroll Processing; and Trust & Estate Bookkeeping. Additional services may be purchased at published rates.

Our services are limited to bookkeeping and administrative support. We do not provide legal, investment, or tax representation. Clients should consult a licensed attorney or certified public accountant for those matters.

Legal Entity and Relationship

All services are provided by E.V. Wolf Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Wolf Bookkeeping & Financial Solutions. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. The Company acts solely as an independent contractor providing professional bookkeeping and administrative support services.

Subscription Plans and Billing

All subscription plans are billed automatically each month using the client’s saved payment method. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan and any approved add-ons. You may change, upgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account. Fees are not prorated, and partial refunds are not available. Service continues through the end of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Add-ons such as additional transactions, accounts, or bill pay volume are billed at the beginning of the next cycle at the current rate. Some services may include one-time setup fees billed prior to service commencement.

Consultations and Onboarding

Introductory Consultations are included in select plans to assess client needs and outline service scope. Consultations are informational and do not create a client relationship until a subscription is accepted and payment has been processed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial data, including account credentials, statements, receipts, payroll records, and other documentation. Missing or late information may delay reporting and could incur additional administrative charges at the Company’s standard hourly rate. Clients must maintain their own permanent copies of financial records. Long-term document storage is not included in any plan.

Communication and Support

Communication between the Company and the client will take place primarily through email or the client portal. Response times may vary based on workload and the complexity of the inquiry. Some plans include scheduled video or phone consultations, as outlined in the corresponding plan policy.

Confidentiality and Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality for all client information. Financial and personal data are used only to perform agreed-upon services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect sensitive information; however, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own devices and login credentials when accessing the client portal or third-party software linked to our services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their online account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prorated monthly fees, setup fees, and partial refunds are not available. Once services for the billing period have been rendered or are in progress, fees are considered earned.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update service descriptions, pricing, or plan structures at any time. Any changes to plan pricing or scope will be communicated in advance and reflected on our website. Continued use of services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are limited to bookkeeping and related administrative functions. We are not liable for legal, financial, or tax outcomes that result from information provided by the client or decisions made based on bookkeeping reports. The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid for services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if a client fails to comply with these Terms, becomes delinquent in payment, or engages in conduct that interferes with our operations. Any termination initiated by the Company will not result in a refund for services already rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the individual plan policies and any written agreements between the client and the Company, constitute the entire agreement between both parties. No verbal statements or prior understandings will modify the terms set forth herein.
